Gold Star of the Empire - The Gold Star can be awarded by
any Command Officer for benefiting the fleet in an
exceptional way. While Command Attachés or Assistants
may be the most frequent recipients, the GS must be
given for a specific task, it may never be awarded for
general
activity.
