Silver Star of the Empire - The Silver Star can be awarded
by any Battlegroup or Subgroup Commander or higher for
exceptional service to the fleet. This could include the
introduction of new aspects to the fleet or service
above and beyond the call of duty in an officers
assigned function. In addition, exceptional Command
Officer Assistants will most often be the recipients of
this medal, but not
necessarily.
